At STG Mobile Notary, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we ask that you please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Appointment Changes & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule by phone, email, or through our online booking system.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service amount, or up to the full amount depending on the nature of the appointment.
No-Shows
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show" and will be charged the full service fee.
Future Appointments
Clients who cancel late or do not show may be required to pay a deposit or full prepayment for future appointments.
Refunds
Refunds are issued at the discretion of STG Mobile Notary and are not guaranteed for appointments canceled outside of the required timeframe. If you are eligible for a refund, please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing.
